notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-004082 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Otto Candelario and Maria Ximena Candelaro a/k/a Maria X. Candelario a/k/a Maria Candelario, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on January 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 51, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
