NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002388 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2004-I is the Plaintiff and ROSE ANN RIEGELMAN-PATTERSON; JOHN WILLIAM PATTERSON; MARCO COMMUNITY BANK; EAGLE CAY CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lobby 3rd FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING NO.5, UNIT NO. 303, OF THE EAGLE CAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1998 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1331, PAGES 1970 THRU 2115 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1361, PAGES 1016 THROUGH 1022 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH UNIT THEREIN.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
