NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment. entered on December 20, 2012 in Case No: 2012-CA-2251 of the Circuit Court, Collier County, Florida, in which Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc, etc, is the Plaintiff and Robert G. Paquette, et al, are the defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lot 34, TERRAMAR, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 8 and 9 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

The sale will be held on January 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
