NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1000024CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAWN M. POWELL A/K/A DAWN P. RYAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31st day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 94, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 97, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
