NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003684, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and DOREEN RUTH YOUNG A/K/A DOREEN R. YOUNG, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM, VICTORIA PARK II PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and DAVID BARRY YOUNG A/K/A D. BARRY YOUNG IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105, VICTORIA PARK WEST, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 91 AND 92 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
