UNIT 201-1, REGENCY WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1278, PAGES 1892 THROUGH 1987, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
