Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 1001658CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, MANUEL CORDERO, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby of the 3RD FLOOR OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX. 3315 TAMlAMl TRAIL, NAPLES, Florida, 34112, at the hour of 11:00 am on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 268, BLOCK B, OF INDIGO LAKES, UNIT FIVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 15 THROUGH 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
