NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003731 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BEAR STERNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES, INC. is the Plaintiff and GERALD M. CAMPANELLA; SUSAN CAMPANELLA; CHAMPIONS AT LELY RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY MCKENNA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MRS. MCKENNA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lobby ON THE 3rd FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1201, CHAMPIONS AT LELY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3501, PAGES 2762 THROUGH 2848, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
