Final Judgment was awarded on November 30, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-004040-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CHEDDI REID; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHEDDI REID N/K/A JOANNA REID; COURTNEY LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VANESSA OTRIZ ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DEVIM MARERO; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on February 1, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
