NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated 10/4/2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated November 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 482009CA040421XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA2 is Plaintiff and MELVIN GOODIN; METRO AT MICHIGAN PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STAR GLASS VENTURES, INC D/B/A STAR GLASS POOLS; SCANDASUN, INC.; PERFORMANCE ROOFING, LLC F/K/A R.L. UNIT 7, BUILDING 1954, METRO AT MICHIGAN PARK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8154, PAGE 859, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
