The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 23, Block C, Eldorado Hills, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 34, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
