Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 7th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-017106-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD MENDOZA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 39, BRIAR BAY, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 147 through 149, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of March, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
