NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 18, 2012 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 29, 2013, the following property described below, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
Lot 2, Riverbend Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 23A and 23B, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
