NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-002015 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS LIVOTI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS LIVOTI N/K/A WENDY LIVOTI; ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of MARCH, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 206, ROTONDA WEST, PINE VALLEY AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 16A TO 16K, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
