Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, described as:
LOT 188, GROVE CITY TERRACE, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 2125 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224
at public sale on April 3rd, 2013, at eleven o'clock a.m., at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45. 031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
