NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Joint Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Sale dated October 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009CA003062 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 30th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, GLENN LAKES, PHASE 1A, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 90 THROUGH 96, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
