NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002956 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and Sheila Anne Davis are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, OF WHITFIELD GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
