NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004350 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust 2005-S001, Plaintiff and Suzan L. B. Bogg are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 95, RIVERWALK VILLAGE, CYPRESS BANKS, SUBPHASE H, UNITS 1 AND 2, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 7 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
