NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000156, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and RHONDA G. SUPONIC; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on January 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
