NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-052087 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Phillip R. Blumberg and Sheryl R. Blumberg, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
