NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-054280 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Alan D. Gaines a/k/a Alan Gaines and Alice H. Gaines a/k/a Alice Gaines, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 42, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 11, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 461, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
