NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-050131 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Christopher J. Sararo a/k/a Christopher Sararo and Alfredo Joseph Sararo, III a/k/a Alfredo J. Sararo, III a/k/a Alfredo Sararo are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, COPPER OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, AT PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
