NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-051463 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA , Plaintiff and Haniff Gilbert Jones are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, CHARLIE GREEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 36-202, BUILDING 36, PORTOFINO IV, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4503, PAGE 1651, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
