NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 19, 2012, and entered in 2012CA005992 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and LUCILLE A. ALLEN A/K/A LUCILLE ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCILLE A. ALLEN A/K/A LUCILLE ALLEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JANUARY 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK J, COFFMAN MANOR SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
