LOT 3, IN BLOCK 43, UNIT 5, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
