NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28th day of December 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-52196 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Residential, LLC is Plaintiff, and Demetrio Fuentes, Unknown Spouse of Demetrio Fuentes n/k/a Maria Sanchez, Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC and John Doe a/k/a Octavio Martinez are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida; thence East for 165.89 feet; thence South for 115.0 feet; thence West 165.80 feet; thence North 0Ëš02'45” West, 115.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING a/k/a Lot 1, BONITA DRIVE ESTATES, an unrecorded subdivision.
Property address: 10900 Bonita Drive, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135-5247.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
