NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 20, 2012, and a Final Summary Judgment dated September 17, 2010 , entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-004708, Division: NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and DAVID KENDZIORA A/K/A DAVID M. KENDZIORA; LAURA LEE KENDZIORA A/K/A LAURA L. KENDZIORA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDAT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 25th day of January, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
