NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-054907 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and JAMES EARL MAINES AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100133700021524932), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, IN BLOCK 10, OF UNIT 2, SOUTHWOOD SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, AT PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
