NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-052961 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-22, Plaintiff, and HERIBERTO ARIZA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERIBERTO ARIZA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100015700073099901), MIROMAR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MIROMAR LAKES BEACH AND GOLF CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., and SAN MARINO AT MIROMAR LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 603, PHASE 6, OF SAN MARINO AT MIROMAR LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000055534, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
