NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054087 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE association, Plaintiff, and FRANK P. DEMARIO, PELICAN LANDING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SANDPIPER ISLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SANDPIPER GREENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A FRANK M. DEMARIO, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102 PHASE 300 OF SANDPIPER GREENS AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4041, PAGE 3723, ON AUGUST 27, 2003 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
