NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-054181 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Christopher E. Hill are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, WHISPERING PINES, PHASE 2, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: PHASE 1, UNIT 2-B THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 02' WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8 FOR 165.49 FEET, THENCE EAST FOR 103.34 FEET, THENCE SOUTH FOR 15.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH FOR 40.0 FEET, THENCE WEST 14.12 FEET, THENCE SOUTH FOR 2.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH FOR 40.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES WEST FOR 2.83 FEET, THENCE EAST FOR 18.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
