PEREZ; MARIETTA BERNEAL DE PEREZ A/K/A MARIETTA I. PEREZ; CINDY B. PEREZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT MENA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A GINETTE MENA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
