NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009231 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Daniel Ratz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on February 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 14, VILLAGE APARTMENTS, PHASE TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 945, PAGE 855, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
