Beverley, Jr. a/k/a Witcher Beverley, Jr. a/k/a Witcher Beverley, Individually and as Trustee of the Witcher N. Beverley, Jr. Trust Dated February 4, 2005 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on February 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF BLOCK “J”, LENRAY HIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTHERLY R/W OF 25TH STREET (WILLIAMS AVE. 40 FOOT R/W) 207.10 FEET TO THE P.O. B.; THENCE CONTINUE EAST ALONG SAID NORTHERLY R/W 58,00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 00 SECONDS E, 145.20 FEET; THENCE WEST 58,00 FEET; THENCE S 00 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 00 SECONDS W, 146.20 FEET TO THE P.O.B. BEING PART OF LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK “J” LENRAY HEIGHTS.
