Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-051539, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM A.M. on the 30 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, BUILDING 1, SUNSET LAKES, PHASE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, LYING IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2698, PAGE 65, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
