NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-053431 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006 FRE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Frank A. Welch, a/k/a Frank Welch; Connie L. Welch; Financial Pacific Leasing, LLC.; Raymond Building Supply Corporation; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; Household Finance Corporation, III; American Express Bank, FSB; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Krystal Smith; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Todd Smith are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
