NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053760 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL M. CRUZ; YADIRA RAMOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YADIRA RAMOS NKA PAUL SESSIONS; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC. AND LVNV FUNDING, L.L.C., AS ASSIGNEE OF CITIFINANCIAL, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
