NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-053533 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR14, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR14 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES E. HOOD AND ONEWEST BANK, FSB SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
