NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2008-CA-056163 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff and, GREG A HEWITT, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 23RD day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 143, SAN CARLOS PARK UNIT NO. 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9, AT PAGE 201, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
