NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-058106 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Eric Bergstrom are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 28, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 6058, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 96, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 45 AND 51, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
