NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated 12/28/2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-053217, DIVISION: I of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC (successor by merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation)is Plaintiff, and KEVIN A. STOUGHTON, MONICA MIMS, ENGLISH VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
