NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed on June 18, 2010 and subsequent Order Granting Motion to Intervene and to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed on December 21, 2012 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on January 23, 2013, the following property described below, situated in Lee County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
Lots 59 and 60, Block 3654, Unit 48, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 135 through 144, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
