Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case NO. 12-CA-054901 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Guy E. Motzer is the Plaintiff and Shane Welborn and Meredith Welborn, his wife, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapters 702 and 45 of the Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m., on Feb 11, 2013, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, UNIT 9, LEHIGH ESTATES, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
