DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-11 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-11 is Plaintiff and ANA MARGARITA CRUZ; JOHN E. KALLERGIS; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28 AND 29, BLOCK 2656, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 38, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 87, of the public records of lee county, florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
