NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of DEC, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-51782, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and ROMEL NICOLAS, ELDA FLORENCIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A YURID MACEDO & JOSE AGUIER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of JAN, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 11, block 45, unit 4, section 11, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
