NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-61598 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association Aka Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Gregory D. Pound; Unknown Spouse of Gregory D. Pound nka Michelle Pound; and Forest Lake Townhomes Homeowners' Association, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on February 4, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of Tract 'J' of said, FOREST LAKE TOWNHOMES, thence North 18Ëš 19' 46, West, along the Southwesterly boundary of said Tract 'C' 69.13 feet; thence North 89Ëš 46' 37, East, 165.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00Ëš 13' 23, West 50.30 feet; thence North 89Ëš 46' 37, East, 7.00 feet; thence North 00Ëš 13' 23, West 19.65 feet; thence North 89Ëš 46' 37, East, 11.50 feet; thence South 00Ëš 13' 23, East 69.65 feet; thence South 89Ëš 46' 37, West, 18.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
