Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on June 16, 2010, in Case No.: 10-CA-051584 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and JOHN T. CALLAHAN, III, BERRY J. WALKER, JR., KB HOME FORT MYERS LLC, Delaware limited liability company, TOWN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, THE VILLAGE ON THE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a dissolved Florida non-profit corporation, and VILLAGE ON THE LAKE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a dissolved Florida non-profit corporation are the Defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Lee County:
Lots 17 through 40, Block 1 ; Lots 1 through 38, Block 2; Lots 20 through 43, Block 3 and Lots 2 through 55, Block 4 of TOWN LAKES PHASE 4, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Clerk File Number 200600018803, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida.

Together with

All fixtures machinery, equipment and personal property of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter owned by the Borrowers and located in, or used or intended to be used in connection with or with the operation of said Property; all rents, issues and profits arising from the Property; all contract rights as relating to the Property as described in the Mortgage; and all permits, licenses, developer rights (but not liabilities), and other intangibles relating to the Property.
The sale will be held on February 27, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
