NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-055364 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BONNIE SPEZIALE; SUNTRUST BANK; ARIEL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE LANDINGS YACHT, GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 27 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 306, OF ARIEL CONDOMINIUM OF THE LANDINGS, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1644, PAGE 242, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
