NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001719WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein METLIFE HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF MELTLIFE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL JOSEPH MOSICHUK A/K/A MICHAEL J. MOSICHUK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STEPHANIE GILMORE A/K/A STEPHANIE A. GILMORE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MARY JO CLUTTER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of February, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 153, RADCLIFFE ESTATES, UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
