NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 02, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002338 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and ALICE MAACK HARTMANN A/K/A ALICE M. HARTMANN; CYPRESS PARK GARDEN HOMES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KARINA HARTMANN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 66 OF CYPRESS PARK GARDEN HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4049, PAGE 628,AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH CERTIFICATION OF SURVEYOR AND DEVELOPER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4062, PAGE 227, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 33, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; ALL OF ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
